Enterprise Sales Director, OPI
Are you a driven and strategic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals?
Lionbridge Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Director (ESD) to join our Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to strategically navigate complex organizations, sell to high-level decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and innovative sales strategies.
What You Will Do
- Identify, contact, and engage prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust, up-to-date sales pipeline for new and upsell opportunities.
- Educate customers on service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Strategically navigate the sales cycle, leveraging each stage to advance opportunities and close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, markets, and verticals to craft tailored value propositions.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a comparable sales role, with a proven track record of selling directly into enterprise accounts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Prospecting Expertise: Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a designated territory, and growing a pipeline.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively about targeting clients and verticals to maximize revenue growth.
- OPI Knowledge: Familiarity with the Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) market and offerings is a plus, or a willingness to quickly develop a solid understanding of the space.
- Results Orientation: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
