About The Role
Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help enterprises unlock the full potential of their voice AI platform, working with customers and internal teams to scale technical solutions.
The role involves helping enterprises unlock the full potential of their voice AI platform. The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will work closely with customers and internal teams to scale technical solutions, design integrations, and shape how the technology is adopted by some of the world’s most innovative businesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Account Executives to drive the technical side of the sales process.
- Collaborating with customers to design bespoke solutions and integrations.
- Building and delivering technical demos that highlight product value.
- Developing self-service tools, documentation, and resources for scalable adoption.
- Identifying patterns to productize and working with product teams to bring them to life.
