Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen required

Total Compensation: $120K–$130K+ plus bonus.

Company Summary

We are a digital transformation and engineering services organization that helps enterprise teams modernize platforms, data, and operational capabilities. We partner with business and technology leaders to deliver high-adoption outcomes through structured delivery, strong governance, and pragmatic change leadership.

Position Summary

The ERP Implementation Lead will drive an end-to-end ERP consolidation across multiple brands/entities, unifying systems and standardizing business processes onto a single ERP platform. This leader will combine strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on program execution, ensuring delivery on time and on budget while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. Success requires strong change leadership, data discipline, and executive-level communication to achieve sustainable adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ERP consolidation roadmap, including scope definition, sequencing, milestones, resource planning, and delivery governance
  • Assess current-state systems, data, and processes across brands/entities; design a unified future-state operating model and standardized workflows
  • Align ERP strategy with executive leadership and business goals; translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans and decision points
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, solution design oversight, build/configuration coordination, testing strategy, cutover planning, go-live, and stabilization/hypercare
  • Manage program controls: integrated plan, budget tracking, risk/issue/dependency management, change control, and status reporting
  • Coordinate internal teams (business and IT), external system integrators/partners, and brand-level stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Facilitate workshops to document current processes, identify gaps, rationalize variations, and define standardized end-to-end workflows
  • Develop and execute change management plans to drive adoption, including stakeholder mapping, communications planning, readiness assessments, and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Define training strategy with business owners; ensure role-based training, go-live readiness, and post-launch support processes
  • Oversee data migration activities: data discovery, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution
  • Define and enforce master data governance structures, including data ownership, standards, controls, and ongoing stewardship processes
  • Ensure decisions, impacts, and tradeoffs are clearly communicated to leadership and end users; maintain alignment across workstreams

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of ERP implementation experience; multi-entity / multi-ERP / consolidation experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP transformations or consolidations with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies
  • Strong understanding of one or more functional domains: finance, supply chain, operations, procurement, order management, inventory, or related areas
  • Exceptional program/project management skills, including governance design, integrated planning, budget management, and delivery controls
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity across brands, sites, and senior stakeholders
  • Executive-level communication skills, including clear status reporting, decision framing, and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience driving change management, training readiness, and adoption outcomes in enterprise transformations
  • Hands-on ownership of data migration and master data governance concepts (mapping, cleansing, validation, stewardship)
