Field Implementation Manager

Role Description

This is an on-site Field Implementation Manager role to lead hands-on deployments of Numa’s platform inside automotive dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for someone who has implemented technology in dealership environments before and enjoys being onsite, working directly with dealership teams, and ensuring technology actually gets adopted.

You’ll spend most of your time in dealerships: leading go-lives, training teams, solving issues in real time, and helping stores see immediate operational impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading technology vendor implementation at automotive dealerships
• Strong communication and presentation skills - you can command a room and adjust for any audience.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport in fast-paced settings.
• Enjoys traveling 75%+ of the time across the U.S. and Canada, often on multi-day trips.
• BONUS: Knowledge of phone systems (call routing, SIP, VoIP)
