GoHighLevel Platform Architect & Implementation Partner

Overview

Avolatus LLC is seeking proposals from qualified GoHighLevel experts to architect, build, and launch a scalable CRM, automation, and learning platform that supports aviation training, consulting, publishing, and nonprofit workforce development initiatives.

This is not a basic funnel or website build.

We are looking for a strategic partner who understands system design, automation logic, membership platforms, and long-term scalability, and who can help translate a clear vision into a clean, reliable GoHighLevel implementation.

Project Objectives

The selected partner will help Avolatus:

• Architect a clean, scalable GoHighLevel environment
• Build structured workflows for:
• Training course delivery
• Lead capture and nurturing
• Client onboarding
• Certification tracking
• Internal operations support
• Integrate forms, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and automations
• Support both for-profit and nonprofit program structures
• Establish documentation and handoff guidance for internal management

Scope of Work (Expected)

Proposals should address experience with the following:

• GoHighLevel account architecture (agency or single-account strategy)
• CRM pipelines and lifecycle design
• Forms and workflows with conditional logic
• Automation triggers, actions, and scoring
• Membership areas and course delivery
• Tags, custom fields, and data structure strategy
• Email and SMS automation
• Stripe/payment integrations (if applicable)
• Documentation and system training for internal users

Ideal Partner Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven GoHighLevel implementation experience
• Thinks in systems, not just features
• Can explain why something should be built a certain way
• Understands long-term maintainability and growth
• Is comfortable collaborating with leadership, not just “taking tasks”
• Can provide examples of real-world GHL builds, not templates
• Aviation experience is a plus, but not required. Structure, discipline, and execution quality matter most.
