About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant. This individual will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), ensuring a smooth transition from a legacy ATS and integration with HR systems across the business.
Job Description:
The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This includes functional configuration, technical integrations, and change management support. The role requires both strategic problem-solving and hands-on system expertise to ensure the solution meets business needs and enhances the overall recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Configure workflows, templates, and onboarding journeys to streamline recruiting
- Develop and support integrations with third-party vendors (background checks, job boards, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve data/integration challenges
- Partner with HR and TA leadership to align system functionality with policies and compliance requirements
- Provide training, documentation, and support for system users
- Assist with UAT, rollout, and post-implementation enhancements
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of HRIS/HR Technology experience with analytics/reporting focus
- 2–3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting module
- 2–3 successful full-cycle HRIS or HCM implementations
- Strong functional knowledge with technical integration skills
- Preferred: Experience with OBIEE reporting, iCIMS ATS, and XML data loads

- Role split: approximately 60% functional, 40% technical
