Role Overview  

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to join us in a flexible, commission-based role. You’ll take charge of building a predictable sales pipeline across both B2B and B2C segments, drive revenue, and help shape our GTM strategy.  

You’ll work directly with the founding team and play a critical role in scaling a startup that’s already gaining real market traction.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead and expand the B2B & B2C sales pipeline for our recruitment platform.  
  • Identify and close deals with companies, hiring managers, recruiters, and partners.  
  • Build a high-conversion outbound & inbound sales system.  
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.  
  • Develop and manage a sales team as growth accelerates.  
  • Collaborate on sales strategy, pricing, and customer feedback loops.

Ideal Background  

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in recruitment, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.  
  • Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C sales funnels.  
  • Experience selling to hiring managers, HR teams, recruitment firms, or job seekers.  
  • Proven success in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing.  
  • Strong personal network in the HR/recruitment space is a big plus.  
  • Startup or freelance experience preferred—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
