  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales executive-Desirable experience in the airline industry, tourism, or travel management.

We are looking for a Head of Sales and New Market Development Center USA team. This person will be responsible to ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy in the USA. Coordinate the assigned sales force, as well as the execution of the strategic plan to carry out the commercial relationship with business partners such as: Travel Agencies, Consolidators, OTA's, government authorities, state and federal tourism institutions, private sector, and public, as well as the development of existing and new markets, through the promotion and participation of the sales force in each of the stations assigned to the corresponding team.

Duties:

  • Coordination and supervision of the sales force under his charge.
  • Coordinate the activation of new routes and stations. Support for routes with low performance
  • Supervise and support in the commercial relationship with Travel Agencies, Consolidators, Tour Operators, OTA's.
  • Supervise and support the commercial relationship with government offices, such as consulates, tourism offices, as well as private and public companies and civil organizations.
  • Implement, promote, and develop actions in the field to contribute to the territory under its responsibility, with: Promotion of new routes, sustained profitability of current routes, recovery of routes with low performance
