🎯 ## Role Overview

As HiBob Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering customized Hibob solutions that meet client needs, directly influencing client satisfaction and operational success. Your contributions will support EVOCS' goal of delivering efficient, high-quality HRIS implementations.

🧩 ## What you will do

In this role, you will:

Hands-On Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead Hibob implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Configure Hibob modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Hiring, Time & Attendance, etc..
  • Manage data migration, system integrations, and testing to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide solutions, and recommend best practices.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including training, user adoption, and system optimization.

Client Collaboration and Project Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops to understand client HR processes and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide hands-on training for HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize system adoption.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Side Initiatives and Internal Projects:

  • While implementation work remains the top priority, engage in side initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization.
  • Assist with internal projects, such as updating training materials, enhancing and/or translating documentation, or developing content for the company website and other marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects that aim to improve operational processes or client engagement strategies, maintaining a focus on enhancing the implementation experience.
  • Utilize available time effectively to foster personal and professional development, including pursuing relevant training or certifications that enhance skills and knowledge within the HR technology landscape, while remaining adaptable to the needs of the implementation schedule.

🧠 ## What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - bilingual or near-native level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
  • Interest in technology and digital tools - curiosity and willingness to learn are a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via meetings, workshops and emails

Ideally you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience implementing and/or managing HRISs.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, compensation, talent & performance management, recruiting, time & attendance, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver projects on time.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and Hibob configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client-facing projects
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
