HighRadius Product Config/Implementation Specialist
Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and driven HighRadius Product Config/Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience implementing HighRadius Receivables Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise in HighRadius configurations, integrations, and end-to-end delivery across global clients.
- This role requires proactive client engagement, process understanding, and the ability to manage full solution lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications (Collections and Cash Application) for global clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, client workshops, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design, and solution integration.
- Configure and customize the HighRadius platform according to business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and support system design activities including data migration, data validation, interfaces, and reporting.
- Manage integrations across multiple systems such as billing, invoicing, ERPs, banking, and other financial platforms.
- Oversee full SDLC deliverables including design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and handover.
- Document and maintain issue logs, report progress and operational status in alignment with program structure.
- Act as a subject matter expert for client processes and requirements, serving as a liaison between business users and product/engineering teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, training frameworks, and supporting tools.
- Ensure all project-related documentation meets internal standards and guidelines.
Experience (Required):
- Proven experience executing end-to-end HighRadius Receivables Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HighRadius configurations and integrations.
- Expertise supporting integrations with billing systems, invoicing systems, ERPs, and banking systems.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data conversion, and migration processes.
- Hands-on experience with full SDLC delivery for enterprise implementations.
Experience (Desired):
- Familiarity with HighRadius Credit applications.
- Prior consulting experience in financial operations, order-to-cash, or related domains.
Education:
- Bachelor's or degree in or a related field or equivalent work experience.
