About the Opportunity:

The organization develops innovative solutions for utilities and cities to manage energy and water efficiently. The Implementation Consultant will join the Professional Services team to lead the successful deployment of AI-powered technology, assisting utility companies in creating safer, more resilient communities. This role focuses on collaborating with clients to define software requirements, build executive relationships, and ensure successful project outcomes while advocating for client needs internally.

Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert on the organization’s products and AI applications in the utilities industry.

• Build trust-based client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including project management, process definition, product requirements, user training, and issue resolution.

• Perform customer data analysis and create insightful reports.

• Configure applications, including integration setup.

• Develop and deliver customized training materials and “train-the-trainer” sessions.

• Manage, triage, and troubleshoot user acceptance testing.

• Communicate client needs clearly to internal R&D teams to influence product enhancements.

• Participate in storm support roles to assist utility clients and contractors during large storms.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technology, engineering, or analytics-related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Integration, Mathematics, or related discipline.

• Familiarity with business analysis practices.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• High accountability and adaptability.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25 to 50 percent.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, JSON, databases, and general data technologies.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and ETL/data preparation tools.

• Formal project management training or certification.

• Background in the utility or energy sector.

• Experience with field mobility applications.
