Implementation Consultant (Remote - MSP Industry)

Gozynta is looking for an Implementation Consultant to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) successfully implement and optimize HaloPSA and related solutions.

​

This is a client-facing role for someone who understands MSP operations and enjoys turning business needs into practical, scalable systems. You’ll work directly with MSP owners and their teams to design workflows, solve operational challenges, and ensure their systems support long-term growth.

What you’ll do

​

• Lead PSA implementations and onboarding for MSP clients
• Translate business needs into practical workflows and configurations
• Troubleshoot issues and guide clients through adoption and optimization
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
• Document environments, standards, and best practices

What you bring

​

• Experience working in an MSP environment (required)
• Strong working knowledge of HaloPSA
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships in a remote environment

Full-time | Remote (U.S.) | $60K–$75K
