Job Title

​

We’re looking for a Publisher Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of new publishers. This role ensures every client experiences a seamless, structured transition from sales handoff through go-live and post-launch adoption. You’ll combine project management, technical expertise, and relationship-building skills to establish a strong foundation for long-term client success.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding journey from contract signature to full platform utilization, driving engagement and adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new publishers during integration projects, providing clear communication, timely updates, and transparent expectations.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions aligned with platform capabilities (APIs, data feeds, and other integrations).
• Develop and manage onboarding project plans, setting timelines, deliverables, and measurable success metrics.
• Provide client training, resources, and guidance to ensure confident, independent platform usage post-onboarding.
• Proactively identify risks or blockers and drive timely resolution through collaboration.
• Refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and time-to-value.

Requirements

• Proven client-facing experience in onboarding, implementation, account management, or project management.
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of APIs and data integrations.
• Track record of managing client projects end-to-end with exceptional organization and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner.
• Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, balancing client advocacy with internal priorities.
