About This Role
As an Implementation Manager, the role centers on activating new accounts and ensuring every client’s onboarding experience is smooth, efficient, and tailored to their operational needs. Core responsibilities include:
- Account Activation – Leading the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients, coordinating setup, configuration, user training, and system go-live milestones.
- Project Management – Owning complex, multi-step project plans. Organizing teams, resources, and deliverables to deliver on deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
- Client Communication – Serving as the primary touchpoint for clients during implementation, providing status updates, handling questions, and resolving issues with clarity and poise.
- Detail and Documentation – Maintaining rigorous documentation of client requirements, configuration decisions, timelines, and outcomes to support scalable repeatability and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement – Gathering feedback post-implementation and working cross-functionally to refine workflow and improve standard operating procedures.
