Implementation Specialist
Overview
We are excited to be partnering with a leading health tech client on a high-impact Oracle Fusion HCM implementation project. We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Talent Systems HCM Implementation Associate to join the team and support a transformative initiative in the healthcare technology space.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to enterprise systems, project coordination, and HR technology, while contributing meaningfully to a strategic program rollout.
_Must be located in CST/EST time zones_
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and manage project meetings, including stakeholder updates and milestone reviews
- Assist with calendar coordination, logistics, and documentation to support smooth project execution
- Support data collection and validation activities throughout the implementation
- Coordinate and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, logging issues and outcomes
- Organize logistics for training sessions, demos, and working groups
- Maintain up-to-date issue trackers, intake logs, and stakeholder lists
- Assist with drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Participate in team feedback loops and help drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate across multiple departments with clear and timely communication
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company confidentiality policies
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent, HR operations, or systems support
- Interest in technology, enterprise systems, and digital transformation
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organization skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential data with care and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment
Bonus if You Have
- Exposure to HCM systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, etc.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or enterprise projects
- Previous involvement in training coordination or UAT cycles
