Implementation Specialist

About the Opportunity:

The organization provides ecommerce and registration software designed for mountain resorts and ski areas to enhance the digital guest experience. The Implementation Specialist role is critical in delivering high-quality implementations by ensuring projects are well-planned, coordinated, and executed successfully.

​

Responsibilities:

​

• Lead customer-facing project intake and planning conversations  

• Confirm project scope against contracts and establish timelines and definitions of done  

• Ensure projects are ready for execution before handoff  

• Manage internal project hygiene including timelines, documentation, ticket health, and change logs  

• Coordinate with other Implementation Specialists for smooth handoffs and internal alignment  

• Lead multiple small-to-medium implementation projects from start to finish  

• Build trusted relationships with resort teams by understanding their operational needs and guiding implementations

Requirements:

​

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  

• Comfortable leading structured conversations and projects with customers  

• Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities  

• Strong judgment in scoping, prioritization, and escalation  

• Ability to maintain clear documentation and project visibility

​

Bonus Points:

​

• Experience supporting software implementations or customer projects  

• 2-3 years experience with ecommerce, RTP, or other mountain resort software  

• 2-3 years experience with project planning, coordination, or process improvement  

• Experience working in or with the ski or outdoor industry

​
