Lead Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support a high-impact Provider Data Migration Program, focused on migrating provider data from Mainframe systems to AWS cloud. This role will also contribute to additional initiatives within the same architecture group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions for Mainframe to AWS migration
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures
• Collaborate directly with client architects and business stakeholders
• Provide architectural guidance across multiple related programs

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Mainframe systems
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services: Glue, Lambda, MSK, EC2
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL & MongoDB
• Strong development background in Python and Java
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience

• Support additional architecture initiatives within the group
