Job Description:-

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering| Computer Science| Manufacturing Systems| or related fields.
2. 15 years experience in Manufacturing IT| with at least 8 years in MES architecture or solution design.
3. Hands-on experience with major MES platforms such as a. GE Proficy Plant Apps b. GE Historian c. Kepware d. ThingWorx e. SQL Server f. SSRS g. .Net 
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production scheduling| quality| traceability| OEE| batch management| and material management.
5. Deep knowledge of ISA 95| ISA 88| and manufacturing system integration patterns.
6. Experience integrating MES with PLC SCADA| historians| and ERP systems.
7. Hands-on experience designing MES architectures| integrations| and data flows for plant-floor systems 
8. Proficiency in SQL databases| APIs| web services| and integration middleware.
9. Experience designing scalable| high-availability solutions for multi-site manufacturing environments 
10. Strong exposure to AI advanced analytics use cases in manufacturing (predictive insights| quality analytics| performance optimization) Knowledge of OT IT convergence and industrial communication protocols (OPC UA| MQTT| Modbus).
