MES Support and Implementation

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

​

SQL, Manufacturing domain experience, MES development and support experience using Dassault Apriso 2017/19,

​

Roles & Responsibilities

​

• Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
• Design and Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
• Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment
• Raising a Problem report and change request for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
• Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.
• Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues
• Contribute in Process Improvement activities

Base Salary Range

​

$90,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
