Monday.com Implementation Manager
Job Description
The Implementation Manager partners with clients to help them get maximum value from monday.com. In this client-facing role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—understanding business workflows, optimizing processes, and delivering hands-on support through configuration, integrations, automation, and training. You’ll own the client experience from onboarding through renewal, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15–25 client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Deliver customer support, coaching, and live training sessions (2–50 users)
- Design and implement integrations and automations to improve efficiency
- Create and maintain training documentation and videos
- Identify renewal and upsell opportunities in partnership with sales
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage priorities effectively
Qualifications
- 3+ years in an implementation, customer success, or similar role
- 2+ years working in a startup environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with monday.com
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Business acumen across functions such as sales, marketing, HR, or customer success
- Experience with Zapier or Make.com is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
