National Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished National Sales Director to expand lines of business for a premier national nurse staffing partner. In this high-visibility role, you will shape sales initiatives & forge strategic partnerships to develop master staffing agreements. Summary of the Role
The National Sales Director is responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients by asking questions that focus on strategic workforce planning. This role effectively develops mutually beneficial relationships and connections with current and potential clients at a national level based on the assigned territory. This position manages a larger territory and is responsible for signing client contracts and revenue production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory while meeting KPI and revenue goals.
- Lead generation, pipeline development utilizing company databases, social media, personal relationships, cold calling, and other resources.
- Travel to client facilities to present & educate on company’s services with an emphasis on building & sustaining relationships with high level decision makers & industry partners.
- Analyze & monitor market trends and sales tactics. Provide presentations to executive leadership, as needed.
- Secure new business & negotiate client contracts including pricing and terms aggregable to the company.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service and solutions-based business to business sales required.
- Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.
- Ability to travel nationally.
