About the Role – Pre-Sales Engineer

​

We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Romania team and play a key role in supporting our sales processes by ensuring technical success in complex projects. 

You will report to the Technical Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams in Romania, Europe, and China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to our authorized distributors and installers in the region

• Deliver product presentations and system demos to clients and partners

• Assess customer needs and propose technical solutions that bring measurable value

• Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual targets

• Conduct technical trainings and coaching sessions for internal sales colleagues

• Identify and engage with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations

• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to project tracking and documentation

• Stay up to date with market trends and contribute insights to internal strategy

Your Profile:

• Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer – ideally in security, electronics, or IT

• Strong technical background and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both in Romanian and English

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and service teams

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

• Open to occasional business travel
