Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-sales/Implementation Engineer located in McLean, VA. The Pre-sales/Implementation Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical pre-sales activities, managing project implementation, providing software implementation services, delivering technical support, and ensuring excellent customer service. The engineer will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment of Tilli Software's solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Implementation and Project Implementation
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Project Management experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
