ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a company, with long-standing experience in food industry packaging and traceability systems, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to strengthen its technical team.

​

📌 Location: Athens

​

🖋️ Report to: Sales Manager

​

Responsibilities:

​

• Analyze and understand customer requirements.  
• Analyze competitions regarding technical features.  
• Perform proper system sizing and technical solution design.  
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.  
• Provide clear and accurate technical responses and consultancy to account managers and key customers.  
• Support the preparation of commercial offers by providing technical input to account managers.  
• Deliver audit value through technical assessment and improvement proposals.  
• Participate in technical presentations and customer meetings when required.  
• Ensure adherence to project timelines.  
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.  
• Participate in International Conferences and Exhibitions for evaluating updated solutions and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

​

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.  
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in packaging industrial equipment or machinery, in food industry.  
• Strong technical understanding and solution design skills.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers on technical matters.  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
• Excellent command of Greek and good command of English.
