As a Presales Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 and Azure

​

As a Presales Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 and Azure, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation by providing deep technical expertise and engaging with customers to co-create value-driven cloud solutions. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs, design tailored Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures, and ensure seamless alignment with business goals, security requirements, and future scalability. Your ability to translate complex cloud capabilities into practical business outcomes will be key to successful presales engagements.

What you will do:

​

🔹 Design & Propose Solutions  

Collaborate with Sales and Technical Delivery teams to craft modern, scalable Microsoft 365 & Azure solutions tailored to customer business needs.  

🔹 Engage with Clients  

Participate in meetings, demos, and workshops to gather requirements, present value propositions, and define cloud transformation roadmaps.  

🔹 Lead Presales Activities  

Own technical presales engagements, including RFPs, solution overviews, POCs, estimates, and project scopes.  

🔹 Drive Value for Clients  

Provide detailed technical advice, licensing guidance, and strategic planning for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Intune) and Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Security, Identity).  

🔹 Be a Trusted Advisor  

Develop lasting relationships with stakeholders, guiding them through their digital journey with clear and actionable recommendations.

What you will bring:

​

• 2+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or solution architecture roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Azure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek & English.
• Proven ability to run client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Awareness of IT security, compliance, identity & access management.
• Confidence in presenting solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystem, cloud licensing models, and CSP/MSP delivery.

Additional Skills to be considered as advantages:

​

• Cloud technical certifications are highly recommended.
• Hands-on experience in cloud or on-premise environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Copilot for Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics CRM or Power Platform is a plus.
