Principal of Value Engineering

Job Title: Principal Value Engineer

LVT is hiring its first Principal Value Engineer to build a VE practice from scratch within the GTM org. This person operates in two modes:

​

1. Building scalable self-serve value tools that reps can use on transactional deals without VE involvement.
2. Delivering bespoke, 1:1 engagements on high-priority strategic accounts.

​

They'll own their own deal selection — choosing when to engage personally versus routing a deal to the tools they've built. 

​

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has deep financial and business acumen, excels at translating complex technical capabilities into executive-level business narratives, and actively uses AI to scale their output. Physical security experience is a nice-to-have but unlikely to find; prioritize SaaS Value Engineering, management consulting, or FP&A backgrounds.

This is a sole-contributor role today, with the expectation to hire and grow a team over time.
