Project Manager – Sirion CLM Implementation

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven Sirion CLM implementation experience to support the deployment of Sirion across a global Legal organization. This role will partner closely with program leadership to drive end-to-end delivery of a strategic legal technology transformation, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end project plan, including timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables for Sirion configuration, customization, and go-live
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, non-Legal business partners, and external vendors)
• Lead stakeholder management and escalation, ensuring risks and issues are proactively addressed
• Develop and maintain a detailed implementation roadmap with clear governance and reporting cadence
• Track and manage scope, budget, resource allocation, and change requests
• Partner with business and training teams to support user adoption and enablement
• Report on KPIs including deployment progress, risk mitigation, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency gains

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, with 2+ years leading Sirion CLM implementations (required)
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale CLM deployments in complex environments
• Strong understanding of CLM architecture, workflows, integrations, and configuration concepts
• Demonstrated success delivering legal technology or legal operations transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive, operational, and technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, contract enablement, or legal process transformation
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
• Prior experience working closely with in-house Legal teams or legal technology platforms
