Overview
We are partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity software vendor specialising in Attack Surface Management (ASM) and Exposure Management solutions for enterprise and government organisations.
As the business scales its commercial footprint, they are seeking a Regional Sales Director to own regional revenue performance and lead sales execution. This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on enterprise selling with regional leadership responsibility.
This role requires current or recent experience working for a cybersecurity vendor delivering Attack Surface Management, Exposure Management, or closely adjacent technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets for Attack Surface Management and Exposure Management solutions
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with CISOs and senior security stakeholders
- Personally close strategic, high-value enterprise deals
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional sales team
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global objectives
- Position ASM and Exposure Management as core pillars of enterprise risk reduction
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive consistent customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reporting
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and security ecosystem stakeholders
- Track competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving exposure management frameworks
Required Experience & Background
- 10–15+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience
- Current or recent employment with a cybersecurity software vendor
- Direct experience selling Attack Surface Management, Exposure Management, or closely related platforms, such as:
- External Attack Surface Management (EASM)
- Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)
- Vulnerability & Risk Prioritisation platforms
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
- Experience operating as both an individual contributor and people leader
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Deep understanding of how CISOs evaluate and operationalise ASM and Exposure Management solutions
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling into Fortune 1000 or large public-sector organisations
- Background in high-growth or scale-up cybersecurity vendors
- Prior ownership of regional or multi-state territories
- Experience working alongside channel or strategic partners
