As a fast-growing leader in application security/penetration testing/cybersecurity SaaS, we provide innovative solutions that secure the digital enterprise without slowing down innovation. Now, we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Director for the Mountain and Western Region of North America to help expand our footprint in key enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Do

As our Regional Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and expanding strategic relationships within the enterprise space. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close, and work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and expand pipeline with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition
  • Prospect, develop, and manage relationships across key enterprise accounts
  • Lead discovery conversations and navigate technical objections with security and engineering stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling business cases, proposals, contracts, and SOWs to C-level decision makers
  • Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to progress deals
  • Drive strategic relationships with resellers and integration partners to support go-to-market success

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise cybersecurity SaaS solutions, preferably in:
  • Application Security
  • Penetration Testing
  • Threat Management
  • Proven hunter mentality with full command of the sales lifecycle—from prospecting to close
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading executive-level conversations and negotiating high-value enterprise contracts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of independently developing and executing territory plans
  • Comfortable managing complex sales processes with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and technical alliances
