REMOTE Airtable Solutions Engineer (Solutions Generalist)

*Client is Epic Games  

*FULLY REMOTE and Long term contract  

*Solutions engineering, of which there is 1-2 years experience with Airtable  

*Gaming, freelance or entertainment industry preferred  

*SAAS Engineer focused- Comfortable working with Miro, Airtable and Figma  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

● 3-5 years in solutions engineering, of which there is 1-2 years experience with Airtable  

● Experience creating technical and user facing documentation, requirements gathering  

● Experience providing customer support for engineered solutions with Airtable  

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Insight Global's client is looking for an Airtable Solutions Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for:  

● Gathering requirements and develop solutions for internal customers at epic within Airtable  

● Acting as the engineering SME for questions related to Airtable  

● Helping to translate organizational goals around Airtable to stable and high functioning Airtable solutions  

● Advocate for and document best practices for engineering solutions within Airtable
