Role Overview
Sales Director, Hypercolo— lead global sales strategy and growth for critical digital infrastructure customers. This role drives revenue, market expansion, and solution adoption across hyperscale and MTDC segments while leading high-performing global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop global sales teams; set sales excellence and management standards
- Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned to market dynamics
- Grow share of wallet in strategic accounts and manage complex commercial engagements
- Build executive-level customer relationships and identify cross- and upsell opportunities
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance reporting
- Present strategy and results to senior leadership; coach and mentor teams
Compensation & Benefits
- U.S. base salary: $200,000–$300,000 + commission
