Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and help expand Pi R-Square’s presence in key markets. As a core member of our leadership team, you’ll shape and execute sales strategy, build and nurture client relationships, and collaborate closely with our delivery and product teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.  
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.  
  • Lead sales conversations from qualification to close, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, delivery, and leadership — to refine offerings and pitch effectively.  
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform sales planning.  
  • Drive pipeline development, sales forecasts, and regular performance reporting.

Who You Are

  • A strategic sales leader with a track record of driving revenue and building high-value client relationships.  
  • Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.  
  • A proactive communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.  
  • Experienced working cross-functionally, especially in technology or professional services environments.
