As a Sales Director, you’ll own the multifamily market in your territory, working directly with owners, operators, developers, and their trusted partners to expand Loop’s footprint.

You’ll be the face of Loop, opening doors, forging long-term partnerships, and helping multifamily stakeholders turn EV charging from a challenge into a competitive advantage. This is your chance to lead in a fast-growing sector, close complex deals, and be rewarded for real results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multifamily-focused go-to-market strategies targeting owners, operators, developers, and management companies.
  • Build and scale relationships with multifamily-centric installers, distributors, and channel partners to accelerate deployments.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities across existing properties and new developments, tracking all activity in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to win end-user deals, staying involved from early planning through contract execution.
  • Lead negotiations, partner training, and ongoing enablement to ensure successful, repeatable wins.
  • Represent Loop at multifamily conferences, industry events, trade shows, and local networking forums.
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics including building codes, incentives, utility programs, and competitive offerings impacting multifamily EV adoption.
  • Coach and motivate partners and distributors to drive consistent performance and growth.
  • Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership, highlighting pipeline health, wins, risks, and market insights.

Required Skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business in complex sales cycles.
  • Proven success in sales or business development, ideally within multifamily, real estate, prop tech, or infrastructure adjacent markets.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can engage owners, asset managers, property teams, and technical partners alike.
  • Adaptive problem-solver who thrives in evolving markets.
  • Ability to mentor, influence, and energize partners without direct authority.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and follow-through.
  • Collaborative teammate who knows how to win together.
