Hiring: Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) – AI Training Project
USA (Remote)
Weekdays | PST Hours | 35 hours/week
Contract | 2–3 Months (Extension Possible)
We are hiring an experienced Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a high-impact AI training project in collaboration with a leading global technology organization.
This role focuses on evaluating and improving AI systems used across the full sales lifecycle.

- 7+ years of core sales experience
- B2B Account Executive
- Enterprise Sales
- Inside Sales
- Sales Leadership
- Sales Enablement
- Deep understanding of:
- Prospecting & lead qualification
- Objection handling & negotiation
- Closing strategies
- Pipeline management & CRM workflows
- Familiarity with methodologies such as:
- SPIN
- Challenger
- Sandler
- MEDDIC
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated sales & conversations and scenarios
- Identify unnatural phrasing, ineffective persuasion, or hallucinations
- Validate outputs against real-world sales psychology and funnel logic
- Define tone, empathy, objection handling, and closing quality metrics
- Provide structured feedback to improve model performance
- Annotate and categorize sales stages (discovery vs closing vs objection handling)
Requirements
- 7+ years real-world sales domain experience
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Analytical mindset (ability to dissect why a pitch succeeds or fails)
- Available 35 hours/week during PST business hours
- Based in the USA
