We’re looking for a proven Regional Sales Director who thrives in high-velocity environments, owns revenue targets, and knows how to build and scale winning teams. If you’re a strategic closer who’s as comfortable coaching reps as you are closing enterprise deals — this is your seat at the table.

Our fully automated platform discovers, validates, and prioritizes real threats across the entire attack surface — before they’re exploited. With unmatched scanning depth, integrated cyber intelligence, and automated adversary emulation, we help organizations dramatically reduce their threat exposure and accelerate remediation.

What You'll Own:

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of top-performing AEs and SDRs
  • Drive outbound and inbound GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing
  • Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and report performance to the executive team
  • Establish repeatable, scalable sales processes — from prospecting to close
  • Work closely with Product and CS to provide feedback and ensure value delivery

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales. 
  • Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue goals ($MM+)
  • Experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS to mid-market/enterprise clients
  • Deep understanding of modern sales stacks (CRM, sequencing tools, data platforms)
  • Strategic thinking with an operational mindset — can toggle between vision and execution
  • Strong business acumen: you understand CAC, LTV, payback, deal velocity, etc.
  • Excellent communicator — you inspire, influence, and drive accountability

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in early-stage startups (Series A/B)
  • Network with CISOs, CIOs, or security/IT buyers
  • Global sales experience (especially North America)
