Our client, a national award-winning creative, marketing, and tech workforce solutions agency, is hiring a Regional Director of Sales for a full-time remote position focused exclusively on permanent placement services.

Required Experience

​

• Creative staffing industry background (marketing, creative, digital, UX/UI, design, content, production, etc.)
• Proven success selling
• Contract Staffing
• VMS/MSP programs
• Managed Services
• Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
• Experience leading and developing sales teams
• Strong history of opening new accounts and driving revenue growth

Ideal Background

​

• Currently a Director, Regional Director, VP Sales, Practice Leader, or top-producing Sales Manager at a creative/digital staffing firm
• Has relationships with marketing, creative, digital, and in-house agency leaders
• Comfortable selling enterprise solutions while coaching individual contributors
• Experience working with national accounts and large MSP/VMS environments
