Compensation: $350,000 OTE + Stock
Stealthwatch are proud to be partnering with an innovative cybersecurity start-up that’s redefining how businesses protect their data. Backed by top-tier investors and rapidly expanding across North America, our client is looking for a Sales Leader to drive growth in the SMB market.
The Role
As the Sales Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of five high-performing SMB sales representatives, driving pipeline growth and exceeding revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and scaling a dynamic sales organisation during a pivotal stage of growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five SMB Account Executives.
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Report on team performance, forecasts, and market insights to executive leadership.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading a successful SMB or mid-market sales team in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a related tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the SMB buying process and experience scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Must be based on the East Coast or Central U.S.
