The Opportunity
Our client is investing heavily in building a world-class, data-driven marketing engine. The strategy is there. The leadership is there. The budget is there.
Now they need the person who can actually make the machine perform. Think of this as a million-dollar Ferrari. The CMO is the driver. We need the elite mechanic who knows how to tune, optimize, and push the platform to its limits.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is both a thinker and a doer. Someone who understands architecture but also enjoys building, scripting, debugging, and launching.
You will report to the CMO and own how unified customer data turns into real personalization, segmentation, and revenue-driving campaigns.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a performance role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will bridge the gap between unified customer data and high-impact marketing execution.
Data Cloud & Customer Data
You will:
- Configure and maintain Data Streams from sources like CRM, S3, and Web SDKs
- Map Data Lake Objects to the Cloud Information Model for a true unified profile
- Define and refine Identity Resolution rules
- Develop SQL-based Calculated Insights that drive real segmentation and personalization
- Ensure data quality, scalability, and governance of the data model
This is about making data usable, not just available.
Marketing Cloud Execution
You will actively build and deploy.
- Create advanced journeys in Journey Builder triggered by Data Cloud segments
- Write complex AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic personalization
- Manage Automation Studio workflows and data extension hygiene
- Turn insights into real campaigns that move metrics
Platform & Integration Ownership
- Oversee Marketing Cloud Connect and ecosystem integrations
- Support REST/SOAP API integrations
- Ensure clean data flow across Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Help shape the future-state architecture as the organization scales
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Deep, hands-on SFMC experience
- Real-world Data Cloud implementation experience
- Advanced SQL capability
- Strong AMPscript and SSJS
- HTML/CSS for responsive email
- JavaScript familiarity for tracking and web interactions
- Experience with SFMC APIs and integrations
- Ability to work directly with senior marketing leadership
Salesforce certifications are mandatory.
