Job Description:

Envoy Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator/Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and strategic development of our Salesforce platform to support key business functions and drive organizational growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our Salesforce platform meets current and future needs, integrates seamlessly with existing systems, and supports our mission to deliver exceptional services. Experience within the transportation and logistics field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Platform Management:

· Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.

· Maintain and enhance the Salesforce instance, identifying areas to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

· Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.

Security and User Management:

· Proactively set up processes to manage and protect customer and business data.

· Administer user accounts, profiles, permissions, and role hierarchies.

· Oversee user administration, permissions, and security settings to ensure platform compliance and data integrity.

Data Management and Reporting:

· Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce, including data imports and regular data quality audits.

· Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support team performance tracking, optimization, and decision-making.

Configuration and Customization:

· Create and update custom objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and fields as needed.

· Design, build, and deploy scalable Flows, automation solutions, and system enhancements aligned to business goals.

Process Automation and Troubleshooting:

· Create, recommend, and maintain process automations and tools to streamline team operations and improve efficiency.

· Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

· Troubleshoot and provide solutions to user-reported issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

· Work closely with managers and leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.

· Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to gather business requirements and implement tailored Salesforce solutions.

System Enhancements and Continuous Improvement:

· Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features.

· Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and usability of the Salesforce platform.

Training and Documentation:

· Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions to help users understand system features and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience in a growth-focused organization. A minimum of two years of experience in a team lead role. Experience within the transportation and logistics field is preferred.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator, PD1, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud, any industry cloud. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials are highly desirable.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact Management, and Forecasting.

Familiarity with Salesforce apps and integrations.

Proficiency in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and process automation.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools.

Analytical and Problem-Solving:

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable system solutions. Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Revenova (TMS) 

· Experience in 3PL/Brokerage/Transportation
