Our client is a well-established HVAC & Refrigeration company, known for excellence in retail environments such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and large commercial spaces. They are seeking a Senior HVAC/Refrigeration Engineer to act as the technical expert, guiding account managers and supporting high-profile retail accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

​

• Providing in-depth technical guidance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to account managers and clients
• Advising on system design, installation, and optimisation for retail environments
• Conducting site visits and assessments to support account teams with technical insights
• Reviewing proposals and specifications to ensure compliance with best practice and client requirements
• Acting as the go-to expert for complex technical queries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Keeping up to date with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies

What We’re Looking For:

​

• Extensive experience in HVAC or refrigeration engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and related controls
• Comfortable interacting with clients and supporting account managers in a customer-facing capacity
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Relevant engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC/Refrigeration disciplines
