Role Description

​

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will manage client relationships, identify and address customer requirements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities will involve providing technical support, presenting innovative products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes developing sales strategies, ensuring customer retention, and contributing to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in Sales with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, particularly sealing solutions, is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
