Scout Global has partnered with a fast-scaling, Seed funded AI SOC vendor that’s defining a new market category and rapidly becoming a dominant force in the industry. With fantastic founder led growth and success in the US they are now ready to expand and are looking for their Founding Sales Engineer.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast growth vendor as the first Senior Sales Engineer for the US market, working with a stellar team.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with the sales team as the go-to technical lead throughout the sales cycle.
- Design tailored solutions for enterprise customers dealing with security challenges.
- Be responsible for highlighting product alignment with customer requirements, documenting key use cases and desired outcomes to ensure proper implementation.
- Run live demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase real business value.
- Translate customer feedback into product insights that matter.
- Be a trusted advisor.
👀 Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a sales engineering or pre-sales role in a cyber security Start-up or Scale up.
- SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, or CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps) experience is preferred.
- Dynamic, ability to build and wear different hats in a start up environment.
- Ability to converse with different types of personas at a high level.
- You can break down complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable navigating enterprise sales and building trust with engineers, architects, and CISOs.
- Strong channel partners engagement, and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
- Flexibility to travel.
