About the Role

Logile’s Delivery team partners with retail clients of a wide variety and guides customers along their entire journey of the Logile Roadmap. As a part of Customer Experience, this team supports all client delivery engagements focused on improving operational efficiency, improving customer and employee experience, and implementing workforce management software. Senior Solution Consultants lead project deliveries. They are often assigned to oversee and work alongside Solution Consultants and Solution Analysts. Senior Solution Consultants lead a variety of project engagements focused on labor modeling. This includes engineered labor standards, staffing, forecasting and budgeting. Senior Solution Consultants assist our customers in their Labor Planning journey by providing overall configuration and implementation support of their labor models.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Solution Deliverables
  • Specialize in three or more of Logile's Roadmap modules to provide expert level details to Logile and customer team members.
  • Serve on multiple customer projects to ensure effective implementation of Logile’s software and services.
  • Advise customers on best practices, change management design and implementation
  • Proactively identify risks and follow a structured risk mitigation plan to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic system configurations or testing of applicable software modules.
  • Take full ownership of workstream deliverables including proactive planning, execution, deadline delivery, and quality of work.

Operational Excellence & Labor Planning

  • 5-S & Opportunity analysis
  • Process and workplace optimization
  • Engineered labor standards development, review, or migration
  • Staffing, Forecasting, and Budgeting

Customer Relationship Development

  • Participate in project meetings as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of assigned areas.
  • Act timely on all follow up items from meetings or when receiving direction from supervisor.
  • Establish credibility with customers in the assigned area of focus.
  • Provide on-the-job training and knowledge transfer for software and solutions to the customer.
  • Assist with troubleshooting complex customer inquiries regarding system use.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide updates on progress and challenges related to technology.
  • Pull reports from Logile systems to assist with analysis or evaluation of system performance as it pertains to assigned customer use.
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver executive level presentations.
  • Identify other Logile Roadmap modules that would benefit the customer.
  • Benchmark use of software to specific modules across multiple customers.
  • Supporting adjacent areas of the Solutions Delivery department as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standard documentation for delivery.
  • Manage and support the professional development of direct reports when assigned.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining labor models.
  • Experience working for or with retailers preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including aptitude for managing resources remotely.
  • Expertise in process improvement and opportunity analysis.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with existing Logile software modules preferred.
  • Travel will occur as needed and is expected to comprise up to 50% of working time depending on area of focus.
  • When travel is not required the working location will be from home.
  • Reliable internet connectivity is a requirement.
  • Logile will provide all necessary equipment required for the role.
