What you’ll do

 • Partner with AEs to design and deliver tailored technical solutions  

 • Translate customer goals into solution architectures  

 • Lead demos and Proof of Value engagements  

 • Support security and compliance discussions  

 • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering  

 • Contribute to internal tools, playbooks, and best practices

What you’ll bring

 • 5+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or Presales role  

 • Strong technical foundation and comfort with the command line  

 • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)  

 • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tooling, GitHub Actions
