• $150,000–$200,000 base salary + equity

Our client is a rapidly scaling technology company building AI Agents that are able to run their customers entire back office across all functions, including voice, SMS & email, allowing their clients to focus on doing what they do best, deliver for their customers. They've seen huge demand for the product and have scaled to over $1BN revenue running through the platform in record time.

To support increased demand, they’re seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, debugging, and hands-on customer work.

THE FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER ROLE

​

In this role, you’ll work deeply with customer data, workflows, and success metrics to build and maintain production-ready AI agents. You’ll diagnose issues, refine prompt strategies, improve behavior based on real-world conversations, and code high-ROI fixes or integrations that unlock value quickly. You’ll also help develop reusable components and patterns that make future deployments faster and more reliable.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

​

• 2+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or full-stack development
• Strong command of OOP languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• SQL proficiency and comfort with light frontend engineering
• Ability to debug across ML behavior, APIs, edge cases, and workflow integrations
• Action-oriented mindset with a bias for shipping
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Bonus: early-stage startup experience or building automations/agents
