Senior Solutions Engineer

1. BESS Solution Design

Lead the design and optimization of energy storage systems, including battery selection, BMS integration, PCS and overall system architecture, tailored to grid, industrial, commercial, or residential applications.

2. Technical Feasibility & Analysis

Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including load profiling, energy flow modeling, ROI calculations, and performance simulations to validate solution viability.

3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, EPC contractors, and utility partners, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

4. Cross-functional Project Leadership

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales teams to drive solution implementation, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

5. Proposal & Documentation

Develop comprehensive technical proposals, system layouts, single-line diagrams, and operation manuals for client approval and project execution.

6. Pre-sales Technical Support

Support sales initiatives with technical expertise, including delivering product demos, responding to RFP/RFI technical sections, and participating in client meetings to address technical concerns.

7. Provide technical oversight during system installation, commissioning, and testing; troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance post-deployment.
