Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer – Cloud/Data Center

About The Role

​

We’re seeking a driven Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team, with a focus on designing and delivering cloud solutions, on-premises infrastructure, and AI strategies for our clients. In this dynamic role, you’ll support both pre-sales and post-sales activities as part of a highly collaborative Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Partner with account teams to understand customer needs, design solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demos (pre-sales).
• Guide clients through deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud, data center, and AI solutions (post-sales).
• Collaborate closely with team members across engineering, sales, and support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay current with ongoing certifications and industry trends.
• Develop innovative, out-of-the-box approaches to technical and business challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure organized records for all projects and initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites, remote offices and industry events as required.

Required Qualifications

​

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering within cloud and data center environments.
• Familiarity with Value Added Reseller (VAR) operations, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Hands-on technical expertise with AWS and Azure (both required); GCP experience considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native workloads, on-premises infrastructure, and AI/ML solution architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities.

• Relevant AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• Industry certifications related to data center infrastructure or AI/ML technologies.
