The role

​

Solution Architects are where strategy meets reality. You take powerful AI technology and turn it into something Fortune 500 customers can trust, use and scale. You are the primary technical partner during implementation, leading the technical journey from design through go-live, translating business needs into working solutions and guiding customers through change with clarity and confidence.

This role is critical to proving that AI-driven digital labor can replace legacy systems and work in the real world.

What you'll do

​

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the technical delivery of customer implementations, from kickoff to go-live
• Translate business requirements into clear, scalable platform configurations
• Configure, test and refine AI-powered workflows to meet real operational needs
• Create and own the solution design document that captures the business need, documents product fit, identifies gaps and recommends the implementation approach
• Document solutions for customer administrators and ensure a smooth handoff
• Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and Product when deeper technical work is required

• Rapid deployment of customer use cases that deliver immediate, material business impact
• Solutions that are well documented, performant and ready to scale
• Customers who clearly understand what was built, why it was built and what constraints exist

What you bring

​

• Experience delivering fixed-scope implementations at an enterprise software vendor, owning a workstream against a defined budget and timeline
• Experience implementing complex enterprise platforms or systems, with a strong understanding of integrated enterprise architectures (ERP, CRM, ITSM or similar)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating fluently between business and technical audiences
• Solid grasp of testing strategies and performance considerations
• Comfort working directly with customers, in person and on site, in fast-moving environments (50% travel to customer sites)
• A "let's figure it out" mindset: collaborative, curious and pragmatic

• $170,000 - $190,000 base salary, depending on level
