We’re seeking a Solution Engineer to guide customers from vision to deployment, delivering high-impact conversational AI solutions.

👀 You might be a great fit if you:  

• Have 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role within AI/ML platforms or other complex B2B SaaS environments.  
• Strong technical depth- ideally spanning APIs, enterprise software architectures, databases, modern deployment environments, and enterprise integration patterns.  
• Exceptional ability to explain complex, highly technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive way to audiences up to C-level executives.  
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical engagements through complex sales processes- and building strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers.  

In this role you will:  

• Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.  
• Drive technical strategy through the sales cycle. Own the end-to-end technical engagement, from qualification and design through to pilot execution- ensuring our solution aligns with customer goals and compliance standards.  
• Architect secure, scalable solutions that enable seamless workflows and automation.  
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive AI adoption through value realisation initiatives and continued promotion of new AI capabilities.   
• Work cross-functionally to align customer needs with GetVocal’s product roadmap, influence future innovations, and ensure a unified go-to-market strategy.  
• Continuously build your expertise in AI, automation, and evolving conversational AI technologies, sharing insights that position GetVocal as a market thought leader.  
• Attend industry events, customer meetings, and company offsites.
