Responsibilities

​

• Provide pre-sales technical support for utility-scale ESS projects in Europe
• Support sales teams in key customer engagement, tenders, and strategic projects
• Develop project-specific solutions, including system architecture, sizing, and technical proposals
• Support tender documentation and technical clarification
• Translate technical solutions into clear, customer-oriented value propositions
• Coordinate with product, R&D, and HQ teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical / Energy / Power Engineering or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in ESS, PV, power systems, or related industries
• Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales is preferred
• Basic understanding of utility-scale ESS architecture and grid connection concepts
• Strong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in English; European local language skills are a strong plus
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required
